Just completed a Monday night gig at the Glen View Club, where the Catering Executives Club of America kicked off their 80th year with a small networking event. Members of the CEC include the many of the top hotels, business clubs, and country clubs, plus vendors such as BBJ Linens and Halls Rental among many others.
