What are some of the other benefits besides discounted liability insurance and the education library?

Are there advantages to getting liability insurance as an ADJA member?
Yes. One of the original reasons the ADJA was formed was because more venues began requiring liability insurance for DJs, and individual coverage was expensive. The ADJA organized a group insurance program so members could access a discounted group rate. As a result, liability insurance through the ADJA is typically as low as $175 or less depending on location, compared to about $350 or more without membership benefits. This makes it a cost-effective option for working DJs who need coverage to book gigs and meet venue requirements.
Can I get liability insurance immediately?
Yes! Everything can be completed online 24 hours a day, and you can join and get liability insurance immediately, often within minutes, through our insurance partner via links on the website. Can I get insurance for my equipment?

What about DJ education?

You can update your public profile anytime by logging into your ADJA member account and editing your directory listing. Keeping your service area, genres, and photos current helps you show up accurately when clients search for a DJ near them.
Can I opt out of the Public DJ Directory?
Yes. While the directory is designed to give every member free exposure to potential clients, you can opt out of your public profile at any time by logging into your account profile and selecting “edit” next to Opt Out of Public Profile, (located underneath your name, and member renewal date).
Are there going to be more benefits in the future?
Yes. In addition to ongoing partner discounts, the ADJA is continually working on adding new member benefits designed to support and grow your DJ business.
