Peter Merry of Merry Weddings in Southern California will be presenting at Dragonridge Country club. Peter has had an extremely successful career as a mobile DJ. He is author of the book "The Best Wedding Reception...Ever!", and is currently working on his second book. Peter is a leader in the Wedding industry being asked to present by numerous associations around the country. In his latest seminar, "The Starbucks Effect...Servicing Today''s Personalized Bride", Peter Merry will explore 5 aspects of the Starbucks approach towards customer service that have contributed greatly to their explosive growth and overnight demand for a product/service that had not previously existed.
